Care and Cleaning
Warning: Repeated and unnecessary use of concentrated
solutions will result in damage to the product. Do not allow
Sodium Hypochlorite solutions to come into contact with metal
parts.
The use of disinfectant materials, other than those listed, is the responsibility of
the user for their ef cacy and compatibility with the device.

After using chemicals ALWAYS rinse off / remove the chemical
with absorbent material, dampened in clean water and dry with a
clean cloth.
15.4 NIBP Cuff & Maternal Oximetry Sensor
For cleaning and disinfection, refer to instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
15.5 Transducer Belts
Re-useable belts can be hand-washed at 40°C maximum using a washing
powder or mild detergent solution following the detergent manufacturer’s
guidance. Rinse with clean water and dry without using heat.
Single use disposable belts are designed for single patient use only and should
not be washed. These are distinguished from re-useable belts by colour (white)
and include orange SONICAID branding.
