Removalofvalvehousing
Loosenthe socket head screwsthat retain the valve
housingwith Allen key No. 5025019-01.

Remove the valve housing(C, fig.6:10) from the oil
tank.
PuII the suction hose(B, fig. 6:10) and the oil filter
out of the oil tank.
Clean the parts and replace if damaged.
Particularly check the O-ring and the valves(A,
fig. 6:10). Clean the oil channelswith compressed
air and check simultaneously the hoseconnection
between tank and crankcasebehind the silencer.
Assembly
Assembly of the valve housingand the pump piston
ismade in reverseorder to dismantling.

1. The valveguidance(D) for the suction hose
shall be fitted accordingto fig. 6:1O.
2. Fit the valvesaccordingto fig. 6:10.
3. Lubricate the O-ringson the pump cylinder be-
fore assemblyto prevent damages.
4. Check that the pump works after assembly.
