when one of the Binocular Balance tests is executed. Up to +1.00 D can
be set by the step of +0.125D. This value also serves as the alternative v
alue for the amount of fog when the ‘+ Fog’ or the ‘- Fog’ function key
is executed in the SPH adjustment mode. Default value is +0.00D.

SUBJ Startup: specifies from which code data will be copied and used wh
en entering the SUBJ mode by the [SUBJ] button. Choose one among LM,
RK and ANY. Default value is ANY, see chapter 11 for mode description.
