Exchange logic cards one at a
time
in
the
following sequence;
01A/A1G2,
F2,
E2
(D),
or
01A/A1F2,
G2 (M).
Switch unit
off
and ON
for
each exchange.
(Permit
30
sec.
for
power
to
be on each
time).
If
fuse does fail after a card is reinstalled,
exchange
that
card
with
a
new
card and start
over.
If
fuse does
not
fail
when
all the logic cards
are
reinstalled, reconnect keyboard cable.
If
reinstalling the keyboard cable causes the
fuse
to
fail exchange the keyboard logic card.
Should exchanging
of
the keyboard card
not
repair
the
problem
the
keyboard should be
exchanged.

Repair
or
exchange the
Low
Voltage cable. See
Figure
4-12
for
wiring figure.

Remove Line Power cable
from
power
outlet.
Switch
Unit
On
switch
to
ON
and measure
resistance across pins
of
line
power
cable plug.
(This is a continuity
test
of
the
line
power
cable,
main
power
box,
power
switch, ferro primary and
fuse
F1
in the main
power
box, normal is less than
5 ohms.)
Measures 5 ohms or more?
