What to do if my Icom IC-M33 Transceiver cannot transmit or select high power?

If transmitting is impossible or high power cannot be selected on your Icom Transceiver, it could be due to several reasons. Some channels are set for low power or receive only, so try changing channels. The battery might be exhausted, so recharge it. Also, verify the battery voltage is correct in case of overcharge. Finally, check if the output power is set to low and push [H/L] to select high power.
