Message
Playback
The X2i can a number of messages in its memory. The
messages will be available for replay until you delete
them to make room for new messages.

New messages that have not yet been
played are indicated by the TAM icon
flashing and the New Message icon
showing.
n
When messages that have been played are
stored on the X2i the TAM icon stays on
steadily.
To play back
recorded
messages:
1 Press the MENU/OK button ONCE then the
á button ONCE

Display Shows Main Menu >Ans Machine
2 Press the MENU/OK button ONCE
è
Display shows Ans Machine >Play
The first new message will play in the
loudspeaker.
n
Use the âábuttons to adjust the speaker
volume.
n
Press the REDIAL/PAUSE button to switch
the display between the caller's number and
the time and date of the message.
n
Press SPKR to play the message through the
handset earpiece
3 Press CANCEL to stop the message playing
To replay the
message:
1 Press the MENU/OK button ONCE

Display shows Play >Repeat
2 Press the MENU/OK button ONCE

The message will replay
