3. FEATURES OF ACUURA 9/9L
This chapter indicates the features of ACCURA 9 as follows. Please refer to the article 7 about
Standard Operation for each function of ACCURA 9/9L.
3.1 Features
ACCURA 9/9L
with automatic pressure compensation system has been improved for easier operations and
higher speed than former dispensers. It keeps the shot volume constantly by means of the improvements of
main function such as compensations for level, vacuum and empty alarm system.
Main functions
Function Explanation
Compensation for shot volume Compensate shot pressure automatically in order to
make constant shot volume by not only AUTO mode but
also STEADY mode
.
Compensation for vacuum
Compensate vacuum-level automatically and prevent
bubbling in a barrel and dripping of materials.
Pressure compensation for
viscosity
Stabilize shot-volume for materials, which may change
its viscosity.
Hardening, softening or mixed with hardening softening
materials are applied.
Empty alarm system Buzzer rings when the material reaches the set level.
Pressure compensation for
cartridge
Line coating can be dispensed evenly and constantly by
means of pressure compensation when using170cc
cartridge
Communications By RS232 Communication, ACCURA 9 can be
controlled from external host computer.
