Output if Empty Alarm or Count-up function does not occur.

Output if Empty Alarm or Count-up function works. Output on
the Alarm/Error signal if this signal turns ‘1’ with an exception of
follows: If select ‘continue to dispense’ on Empty Alarm setting,
this signal isn‘t shown on the display. On exchanging barrels, it is
reset by the resetting control signal.
