4.3 POOR PRINT QUALITY
1. Make sure that the print parameter settings correspond to the type of
media used, referring to the following procedures:
 Set the media type (see page 17).
 Adjust the media thickness (see page 18).
 Adjust the media width (see page 20).
2. Open the printer cover and check the state of cleanliness inside the
printer, especially the printhead and the platen. If necessary request
preventive maintenance execution.
3. If the problem persists, call the help desk.
