Chapter 7 Troubleshooting
The inverter provides multiple alarm information and protection
functions. When an abnormality occurs, the protection function is
performed, and the inverter stops the output. The contact point of the
relay acts, and an error code is displayed on the operation panel of the
inverter. Before contacting the vendor, you can perform
troubleshooting based on the following table.
When the inverter has no output,
over-current signals are detected
on the circuit. It is probable that
the circuit is damaged. In this
case, contact the agent or the
vendor.

1. Check whether the output
circuit of the inverter is
short-circuited. If yes, rectify the
fault.
2. Check whether the acceleration
time is too short. If yes, increase
the acceleration time.
