Riser card option for riser slots #1 and #2.
Each three-slot riser card assembly has support for up to two full height full length
add-in cards (top and middle slots) and one full height ½ length add-in card (bottom
slot).
• Slot 1 (top) – PCIe* x8 elec, x16 mechanical
• Slot 2 (middle) – PCIe* x8 elec, x16 mechanical
• Slot 3 (bottom) – PCIe* x8 elec, x8 mechanical
Kit includes: (1) riser card PCBA

2U building block/spare FRU

Riser card option for riser slots #1 and #2. Required for Intel® Xeon Phi™ coprocessor
or high power PCIe* add-in card support.
Each two-slot riser card assembly has support for one full-height full-length add-in
card (top slot) and one full-height half-length add-in card (bottom slot).
• Slot 1 (top) – PCIe* x16 elec, x16 mechanical
• Slot 2 (bottom) – PCIe* x8 elec, x8 mechanical
Kit includes:
(1) Riser card PCBA
(1) 12 V AUX power cable (to provide additional 12 V power for high power PCIe add-
in cards that require it)

Provided to support up to two additional PCIe* add-in card slots for 2U server
configurations. The available riser card option is designed to support low profile add-
