To mount the surface/flush HD-TVI PTZ dome to a ceiling:
Note: When installing the PTZ to a ceiling, do not use drywall
anchors.
1. Remove the mounting bracket.
A. Remove the four screws on the back box using a
screwdriver.
B. Remove the in-ceiling mounting bracket.
