5 Rotate the platen roller latch clockwise to detach it from the
printer and pull the platen roller away from the printer.
6 Insert the new platen roller into the printer and secure it by turning
the latch counterclockwise.
7 Reload media and turn the printhead lift lever clockwise to lower it.
8 Close the media cover, reconnect power, and turn on the printer.
How to Adjust the Printer
You may need to adjust your printer to accommodate how you are
printing or to improve printer performance. You can make these
adjustments on the printer:
• Ribbon wrinkling
• Printhead balance
• Printhead pressure
• Label taken sensor
• Label gap sensor and label mark sensor
