orcoasting.
•Whenturningorcornering,itisrecommendedthatyouslow
thehandcycle,stoppedaling,steerthehandcycleandcoast
throughtheturn.Handsshouldbeupinthecrankcycle(at
approximatelybetweenthe11and2o'clockposition).
