–ReplacementoftheparkingbrakeMUSTbeperformed
byaqualifiedtechnician.
TheForce-2modelhasastop-buttonparkingbrakethat
adjustsusingthisprocedure.TheForceRX,ForceG,Force
CC,andForceKhaveacabledrivenparkingbrake.
Adjusting
Cable
Loosenthehexnutandturntheadjusterbarrelclockwise(tighten)
orcounterclockwise(loosen)toadjustthecable.Retightenhexnut.
BrakePads
Adjustthebrakepadassemblysothatwhentheparkingbrakeis
engagedthebrakepadsrestsolelyontherimofthewheel.
Replacing
BrakePads
1.Removethemountingnutsandbrakepads.
2.Securethereplacementbrakepadswithhardwareandadjust.
