bottleBbyturningthewingnutIonthehumidier
bottlecounterclockwiseuntilitissecurelyfastened.
7.Selectthelocationforthehumidierbottle/adapter
assembly:
•Whenplacingthehumidierbottleinthe
compartmentLontheconcentrator,attachthe
humidierbottle/adaptertubeDtotheoxygen
outletconnectorKontheconcentrator.
•IfusingtheoptionalaccessoryHumidierBottle
Holder(M1521)topositionhumidieratpatient
sidelocation,placetheaccessoryonaatsurface
asclosetothepatientaspossible.Attachan
oxygentubingconnector(M4650)totheendofthe
humidierbottle/adaptertube.Connectoneend
oftheoxygensupplytubing(M4150orM4250)to
thefreeendoftheoxygentubingconnectorand
theoppositeendtotheoxygenoutletconnector
ontheconcentrator .
Whenusingtubingconnectionslongerthan2.1
m(7ft)inlength,positionthehumidieras
closetothepatientaspossibletoallowfor
maximumhumidicationoutput.
