CUT cutting
Connection
1. Make sure the unit is turned off and uncovered.
2. Connect the torch and the ground wires.
3. Take the previously cleaned part and connect it to the ground terminal.
4. Connect and adjust the compressor.
5. Turn on the unit.
6. Set the CUT mode and the cut-off current.
Ground cable
Insert the cable into the ground cable connector (5) and once correctly inserted, lock with a right turn. Also make sure the part is
connected accordingly!
NOTE: Make sure the grounding clip and the workpiece make good electrical contact, especially with oxidized, plated
and painted sheet metal.
Workpiece
Before plasma cutting, the workpiece must be thoroughly cleaned. Remove all coatings, paints, grease and other dirt.
NOTE: Do not attach the ground clamp to the part being cut.
Attach the 2-pin torch harness to the torch connector (3), plug and screw in. Remove the cover of the burner control switch (4)
and attach the second burner cable to it by screwing it tightly.
Composition of the torch, order: A -electrode, B -diffuser, C -nozzle, D -ceramic nozzle.
CAUTION: Missing parts may cause equipment malfunction or operator injury. Also note that the
electrode should be replaced if it has a crater approximately 1.5 mm deep.
