COMPRESSED AIR CONNECTION
Connect the compressed air hose from the compressor to the compressed air inlet (13). Then connect
the burner wires and the ground wires to the unit as shown in the picture above. Turn on the compressor
and set it to maximum pressure. Then set the pressure with the compressed air regulator initially to 2.5
bar (0.25 MPa), and then set it to between 2 and 4 bar (0.2 and 0.4 MPa) as required. Turn the unit on
with the on/off switch (11) and set the appropriate cutting current with the cutting current regulator (3)
(depending on material type, thickness and cutting speed).
NOTE: To get the best results from the machine, the current and air pressure must be properly
matched. Once the current is set, the air pressure and supply must be adjusted.
TOO HIGH AIR SUPPLY: The cooling effect becomes too strong, which can cause the arc to be interrupted.
LOW AIR SUPPLY: Nozzle and electrode overheat and burn.
