Quant. Shift
The track-specific quantization shift setting can be set to a specific number of 96 PPQN clock
ticks. Using this setting, a track can be quantized, but actually be recorded a few ticks before or
after the true note position. The range of the shift is ± half of the quantization. For example, if
the track is quantized to eighth notes, the range is ± one sixteenth note. Shift is not on the
quantize menu.
MIDI Mode, Note, and Channel
These settings are also on the Sync screen and are described in that section.
Track Actions
Organize Tracks
Displays the same screen as the Settings menu Organize Tracks option.
Pitch Stretch
This option calculates the pitch shift needed to stretch or shrink the assigned sound to a specific
length or BPM, and sets the transpose setting for the track. See the Pitch Stretch section for
more details.
Time Stretch
This option stretches or shrinks the assigned sound without changing the pitch, and assigns the
stretched file to the track. See the Time Stretch section for more details.
Resample
This option resamples the assigned sound to 26KHz 12-bit, and assigns the resampled file to the
track. See the Resample section for more details.
Bounce Sound
This option saves the sound as a new WAV file with all of the parameters (level, pitch, filter, etc)
applied.
Clear Sound
Clear the sound from a track. This action does not delete the previously assigned WAV file from
the SD card.
