Note: Fetch command and measure command both can be used to read
all kinds of paramaters. The difference is that fetch command is used to
read the last measured paramaters, but measure command initiates and
executes a new measurement, and returns the measured parameter.
Fetch command is faster in speed but measure command is more precise.
