Valves
Control Valve
Removal
With the engine stopped, operate the controls a few times
to allow hydraulic pressure to dissipate.
1 Remove the engine cover (if fitted) K
Engine
Cover ( T B-1).
2 Remove the knobs from the control levers.
3 Move the engine back on its mount to gain access to
the valve block (K
Engine Mounting ( T K-3)).
4 Mark all hoses to ensure correct replacement.
5 Remove the hoses from the work ports. Cover
exposed connections to prevent ingress of dirt.
6 Disconnect the inlet hose and the outlet hoses. Cover
exposed connections to prevent ingress of dirt.
7 Disconnect the throttle control cable (not shown).
8 Remove the 4 securing screws A and lift the control
panel assembly from the machine.
