Rounding Factor:
A = 1: European rounding
A = 2: Scandinavian rounding
A = 3: Singapore rounding
Rounding price (A = 1, only European rounding):
B = Lower
C = Upper
(B < C)
Example:
European rounding factor programming (In case of A = 1).
The factors are 3,7. (A=1, B=3, C=7) It means:
If the last digit X <= B, then X =0 discarding
If the last digit X <= C and X>B, then X =5 rounding off
If the last digit X > C, then X =10 rounding up
