red 5Star Button in an uncertain or unsafe situation
to be connected to a highly-trained 5Star Agent.
The Agent will assess your situation, conrm your
location using GPS and connect you to emergency
services if you need it. See “GreatCall Health &
Safety Services” on page 90 for more information.
