Symptom Causes Actions to be taken
ERROR CODE: “33__”
lights up.
GPS is faulty or setting error on the Main Control
Board
Check the GPS.
If the GPS is error-free, contact us.
Check the receiving data and setting data by
the Maintenance software.
Check that ZDA or RMC sentence is received
and recorded from CH which is connected to
a main GPS.
ERROR CODE: “34__”
lights up.
An internal battery for a Real Time Clock IC has run
out of the life.
Exchanging the lithium battery on the MCB
(CDJ-2304).
ERROR CODE:
“40__”/“41__”/
“42__” lights up.
Fault in the Audio Recording Board Reboot the Recording Control Unit, and see if
the symptom persists
or not. If yes, contact
us.
Fault in the ARB (CHA-387)
Exchange the ARB.
ERROR CODE: “70__” /
“71__” lights up.
Fault in RGB signals from a RADAR
70__: CH1
71__: CH2
Check the RADR.
If an image is displayed on the screen, check
the wiring between the RADAR and the
Recording Control Unit.
In the case of a Chart Radar, check whether
the image signals is outputted.
Faulty wiring between the Frame Grabber Board
and the Main Control Board
Check the wiring between the Frame Grabber
Board and the Main Control Board.
Check the LAN communication by a PING
command.
MCB: PING 192.168.110.3
FGB: PING 192.168.110.151
In case a no response
MCB (CDJ-2304) :
Fault in a circuit board or setting data
FGB (CKA-137) :
Fault in a circuit board or setting data
ERROR CODE: “72__”
lights up.
Fault in the Frame Grabber Board
Fault in the Main Control Board
Reboot the Recording Control Unit, and see if
the symptom persists
or not. If yes, contact
us.
FGB (CKA-137) :
Fault in a circuit board or setting data
Exchange the FGB.
ERROR CODE: “73__” /
“76__” lights up.
Fault on setting up the Frame Grabber Board Reboot the Recording Control Unit, and see if
the symptom persists or not. If yes, contact
us.
Upload a configuration file which is set up for
a connecting Radar unit to the FGB by the
Maintenance software.
ERROR CODE: “74__”
lights up.
Fault in the Frame Grabber Board
Reboot the Recording Control Unit, and see if
the symptom persists
or not. If yes, contact
us.
ERROR CODE: “75__”
lights up.
The fan of NWP-46 is out of order. Exchange a fan in the NWP-46.
ERROR CODE: “12__”
lights up.
Faulty wiring between the Power Supply Unit and
the Main Control Board
Reboot the Recording Control Unit, and see if
the symptom persists
or not. If yes, contact
us.
Check the W103 cable connection.
