@ DIRECTION
Lower this knob to change the playback direc-
tion of the tape in deck B.
@ DECK A
For Stop/Eject ( ™ 4 ), Fast forward/rewind
( bP ) and( < ), the operation is the same
as that for deck B. .
Play ( » ): Press this button to play a
tape.
Note:
* DECK A’s play auto stop functin causes
the tape mechanism to stop automatical-
ly, when a tape reaches its end in the
play mode.
@ DECK B
PLAY: Press this button listen to the tape as
it plays in the direction shown by the DIREC-
TION indicator.
Fast forward/rewind
( bP ): Press this button to quickly wind
the tape from the left to the right reel.
(| << ): Press this button to quickly wind
the tape from the right to the left reel.
Stop/Eject( ms ): Press this button to
stop the tape running or to eject a cassette in
the
stop
mode.

Pause( Jf ): Press to temporarily stop the
tape during recording or playback. To release
the pause mode, press again.
Rec( © ): Press this button to record.
Note:
¢ DECK B’s fully automatic stop function
causes the tape mechanism to stop au-
tomatically, when a tape reaches its end
in the record, play, fast-forward or re-
wind mode.
@ REC indicator
This indicator lights when deck B is in the
record or record-pause mode.

@ ANRS/DOLBY B NR
ON (.m.): Press this button to this position
when recording with the ANRS/DOLBY B NR
system or playing back a tape recorded with
these systems.
OFF (mf): Press this button to this position
when the ANRS/DOLBY B NR system is not
used.

Knopf nach unten schieben, um die Laufrich-
ting der Wiedergave in Deck B zu wechseln.
@ DECKA
Fur Stop/Auswurf (. 4 ), Umspulen vor-
warts/rickwarts ( pp ) und ( <q ) gelten
die gleichen Angaben wie fur Deck B.
Wiedergabe ( p ): Betatigen, um auf
Cassettenwiedergabe zu schalten.
Hinweis:
* Die Wiedergabe-Auto Stop-Funktion von
DECK A schaltet automatisch bei Ban-
dende in Wiedergabebetriebsart auf
Stop.
@ DECK B
Wiedergabe (PLAY): Betatigen, um auf
Cassettenwiedergabe zu schalten. Die Band-
laufrichtung entspricht der DIRECTION-
Anzeige.
Umspulen vorwarts/riickwarts
( bP ): Betatigen, um das Band vom lin-
ken zum rechten Bandteller umzuspulen.
(<<): Betatigen, um das Band von der
rechten zur linken Nabe umzuspulen.
Stop/Auswurf ( M4 ): Betatigen, um
den Bandlauf zu stoppen, bzw. um bei Stop-
Betriebsart die Cassette auszuwerfen.
Pause ( {I ): Betatigen, um das Band
wahrend Aufnahme oder Wiedergabe kuzzei-
tig zu unterbrechen. Zur Abschaltung der Pau-
sefunktion nochmals betatigne.
Aufnahme ( © ): Fur Aufnahme be-
tatigen.
Hinweis:
¢ Die Full Auto Stop-Funktion von DECK
B schaltet automatisch bei Bandende in
Authahme-, Wiedergabe- oder Umspul-
betriebsart auf Stop.
@ Aufnahmeanzeige (REC)
Diese Anzeige leuchtet, wenn Cassettenteil B
auf Aufnanme oder Aufnahmepause geschal-
tet ist.
@® Taste fiir High Speed Uberspielen (HIGH
SPEED DUBBING) ([A] P» [B])
Betatigen, um in erhéhter Geschwindigkeit von
Deck A zu Deck B zu Uberspielen.
@ ANRS/DOLBY B NR-Schalter
ON (-m.): Fur Aufnahme mit dem AN-
RS/DOLBY B-Rauschunterdrtickungssystem
oder flr Wiedergabe von Cassetten, die mit
diesen Systemen aufgenommen wurden, den
Schalter auf diese Position stellen.
OFF (.mL): Den Schalter durch nochmaii-
ges Drticken auf diese Position stellen, wenn
das ANRS/DOLBY B-Rauschunterdrtickungs-
system nicht verwendet wird.
* Dolby Rauschunterdrtickung ist hergestellt
unter Lizenz von Dolby Laboratories Licen-
sing Corporation.
DOLBY und das doppe! D symbol DO sind

@ Mode inverse (REVERSE MODE)
Utiliser pour sélectionner le mode en enregi-
strement ou en lecture en utilisant la platine a
cassette B.
=: Pour!'enregistrement ou fa lecture sur
une face de la bande. ;
=>: En effectuant un enregistrement ou
une lecture dans les deux sens.
C=): En effectuant une tecture continue.
Cette fonction n'est effective pour la bande que
sur la platine B.
@ DIRECTION
Abaisser ce levier pour inverser le sens de féfi-
lement de la bande sur !a platine B.
@ Platine A (DECK A)
Pour la touche d'arrét/d’éjection( Mm ), la
touche avance rapide/réemboninage ( p> )
et( <4 ), le fonctionnement est le méme que
pour la platine B.
Lecture (_» ): Appuyer sur cette touche
pour lire une bande.
Remarque:
¢La fonction d’arrét entiérement auto-
matique de Ia platine A permet au systé-
me de bande de s’arréter auto-
matiquement quand une bande atteint sa
fin en mode de lecture
@ Platine B (DECK B)
PLAY: Appuyer sur cette touche pour éco-
uter la bande qui défile dans la direction indi-
quée par l'indicateur DIRECTION.
Avance rapide/réemboninage
(| bP ): Appuyer sur cette touche pour fai-
re défiler rapidement la bande de la bobine
gauche vers fa droite.
(| <4): =Appuyer sur cette touche pour fai-
re défiler rapidement la bande de la bobine
droite vers gauche. ;
Touche d’arrét/d’éjection( Mm ):
Appuyer sur cett touche pour arréter le défile-
ment de la bande ou pour éjecter la cassette
dans la mode d’arrét.
Pause( JI): Appuyer pour arréter tempo-
rairement la bande pendant l'enregistrement
ou la lecture. Pour libérer le mode de pause,
appuyer a nouveau.
Enregistrement( © ): Appuyer sur cet-
te touche pour enregistrer.
Remarque:
La fonction d’arrét entiérement auto-
matique de la platine B permet au systée-
me de bande de s’arréter auto-
matiquement quand une bande atteint sa
fin en mode d’enregitrement, de lectu-
re, d’avance rapide ou de réemboninage.
@ Indicateur REC
Cet indicateur s’allume quand la platine B est
en mode d’enregistrement ou de pause-
enregistrement.
@® Copie a grande vitesse (HIGH SPEED DUB-
BING) ({A] > [B])
Appuyer sur cette touche pour la copie a gran-
de vitesse de la platine A vers la platine B.
@ Commutateur ANRS/DOLBY B NR
ON ( .m): L’enfoncer sur cette position po-
ur enregistrer avec le systeme ANRS/DOLBY
B NR ou pour lire une bande enregistrée av-
