6.3.1 Info
Various information regarding the actuators can be
looked up in this menu.
For example:
6.3.2 Diagnostic data
Diagnostic data may also be exported from the actua-
tors in this menu.
•Actuator type
• Name of the actuator (if entered, otherwise
serial number of the actuator),
• Battery status,
• Date and time status,
•Firmware,
• Serial number,
• LEGIC OS,
•TouchGo,
•UID, etc.
1. Connect the Programmer 1460 and the actua-
tor with the programming cable.
2. Press Import menu key.
3. Log in to the actuator using Programming
master.
4. Select the Diagnostic data menu and con-
firm using the ENTER key.
The content is exported.
5. Connect Programmer to the PC.
6. Open the EST Service Tool in the KEM soft-
ware.
7. Click on Programmer memory image to
launch the wizard.
Follow the wizard.
8. Select file name and storage location and con-
firm by selecting Next.
The memory image is created.
9. Confirm by selecting Finish and close the
wizard.
