The function is switched off, if no input is selected in di.36. ST can not be selected as software ST or input for
locking.
With the locking function the control release can be controlled in case of voltage failure (even if the controlled
PLC is failure).
A condition is that the terminal ST is bridged!
The switching off of an input (selection in di.36) is delayed by the time adjusted in di.38. Within this time the
locking input (selection into di.37) must be active in order to secure the function.
