6.8.2 RS-422-A interfaces
Via RS-422-A bus participants can comminicate by point-to-point connec-
tion. The wire has to be shielded.

6.8.2.2 Bus termination
Information
At the RS-422-A bus termination is always necessary.
The bus termination is done at the receiver.
The following options result for the CP 50x/x:
● Bus termination with resistor termination (R)
● Bus termination with AC termination (AC)
For most applications the AC termination will be suffucient. It is recomendet
due to the low power loss.
In the following cases the resistor termination is recomended:
