Replacing the PPMC Assembly
– The PPMC Assembly is pre-programmed with N8262A firmware.
– Always perform a firmware update to the instrument if the PPMC assembly has
been replaced.
– Instrument serial number:
This can be stored in the PPMC assembly via the command:
SERV:SNUM<CHARACTERDATA>
– Instrument option(s):
This/these can be stored in the PPMC assembly via the command:
SERV:OPT“<CHARACTERDATA>”
