Programming the Status Register System
Status Groups
Data Questionable Calibration Status Group
NOTE Some bits in this status group do not apply to the N5161A/62A/81A/82A/83A, E4428C,
E8257D, E8663B, and the E8663D and return zero when queried. See Table 4-16 on page 206
for more information.
The Data Questionable Calibration Status Group is used to determine the specific event that set bit 8
in the Data Questionable Condition Register. This group consists of the Data Questionable Calibration
Condition Register, the Data Questionable Calibration Transition Filters (negative and positive), the Data
Questionable Calibration Event Register, and the Data Questionable Calibration Event Enable Register.
This is the named
status register for
the E4438C.
However, not all
signal generator
models use all of
the shown events
(i.e. some use only
a subset of the
E4438C’s status
registers).
