Power on the instruments and wait at least 30 minutes for the system to warm
up before beginning this test.
4 Prepare the oscilloscope for test.
a Press the Default Setup button on the front panel.
b If the digital channels are not already displayed, press the D15- 0 button on the
lower right corner of the front panel.
c From the menu bar, select Setup and then select Digital...
d Ensure that Enable tab is selected. Ensure that the On checkboxes for all 16 bits
have check marks.
e Close the Digital Setup window.
