→ SOUR:MEM:LIST 1, (@1) This command selects memory list 1
as the active memory list for channel
1. This command can be omitted if the
default active memory list has not
been changed.
→ SOUR:MEM:LIST:CLE, (@1) This command clears all the content in
the active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:VOLT:RANG R20V, (@1) This command stores the “set voltage
range to 20 V” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:CURR:RANG R120mA,
(@1)
This command stores the” set current
range to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:CURR:LIM 0.12, (@1) This command stores the “set current
limit to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:VOLT:SOUR 20, (@1) This command stores the “drive
voltage 20 V” command into the active
memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:OUTP ON, (@1) This command stores the “set output
on” command into the active memory
list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:CURR:MEAS, (@1) This command stores the “measure
current” command into the active
memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:LIST:STOR, (@1) This command stores all commands
from the active memory list of channel
1 into the nonvolatile memory. This
command can be omitted if this
operation is not required.
→ SOUR:TRIG:STRG This command configures the
backplane trigger to star trigger.
→ SOUR:MEM:ARM (@1) This command sets the arm type of
channel 1 to the memory list arm.
→ INIT:TRAN, (@1) This command arms channel 1.
