SOUR:MEM:CURR:RANG R120mA,
(@1)
This command stores the “set current
range to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
SOUR:MEM:VOLT:LIM 20, (@1) This command stores the “set voltage
limit to 20 V” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
SOUR:MEM:CURR:SOUR 0.12, (@1) This command stores the “drive
current to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
SOUR:MEM:OUTP ON, (@1) This command stores the “set output
on” command into the active memory
list of channel 1.
SOUR:MEM:VOLT:MEAS, (@1) This command stores the “measure
voltage command” into the active
memory list of channel 1.
SOUR:MEM:LIST:STOR, (@1) This command stores all commands
from the active memory list of
channel 1 into the nonvolatile
memory. This command can be
omitted if this operation is not
required.
SOUR:MEM:TRIG (@1) This command executes all the
commands from the active memory
list of channel 1.
NOTE
When the measurement results reaches 200, the next result will wrap back
and replace the first result at the buffer.
When the last executing command in the memory list is to change the source
range, this command will not take effect at the output until subsequent
source command is executed.
When a command is stored into the memory list, the active voltage and
current range at that time is stored as well. If a command in the memory list
is executed, these ranges will be restored to the active ranges.
