Operation and Features 2
Keysight U2722A/U2723A User’s Guide 61
→ SOUR:MEM:CURR:RANG R120mA,
(@1)
This command stores the “set current
range to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:VOLT:LIM 20, (@1) This command stores the “set voltage
limit to 20 V” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:CURR:SOUR 0.12, (@1) This command stores the “drive
current to 120 mA” command into the
active memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:OUTP ON, (@1) This command stores the “set output
on” command into the active memory
list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:VOLT:MEAS, (@1) This command stores the “measure
voltage command” into the active
memory list of channel 1.
→ SOUR:MEM:LIST:STOR, (@1) This command stores all commands
from the active memory list of
channel 1 into the nonvolatile
memory. This command can be
omitted if this operation is not
required.
→ SOUR:MEM:TRIG (@1) This command executes all the
commands from the active memory
list of channel 1.
– When the measurement results reaches 200, the next result will wrap back
and replace the first result at the buffer.
– When the last executing command in the memory list is to change the source
range, this command will not take effect at the output until subsequent
source command is executed.
– When a command is stored into the memory list, the active voltage and
current range at that time is stored as well. If a command in the memory list
is executed, these ranges will be restored to the active ranges.
