13. Pour one package of cleaning agent into
dry cartridge plug – install plug into
cartridge prefilter position.
14. Disconnect drive line from yellow port on
manifold.
Cleaning Agent: chlorine dioxide tablet
(crush tablet while still in packet) or granules
prefilter position
Place line into a 5
gallon bucket
install ⅜” plug in
yellow port
15. Slowly open feed valve
16. Wait 4 minutes – hold onto
drive line while bucket fills.
17. Close feed.
Note: You may hear a buzzing sound from
the unit. This is normal for start-up.
18. Discard water in bucket.
19. Remove plug and reconnect tubing.
Remove ⅜” plug from yellow port
Reconnect tubing to yellow port on manifold
20. Slowly open faucet to depressurize the system.
21. Allow system to
depressurize. Close faucet.
WARNING:
Do not open faucet all the way. Air, water and
chemical solution will spray out forcefully. Be
prepared to control the anti-spray line.
