3.2 Adjust the Volume/Channel
After the radio power on, rotate the volume knob clockwise to increase radio
volume or counter-clockwise to decrease the volume.
Short press the key, the knob function switches from adjusting the volume to
changing the channel. If there is no operation for a period, the radio will
automatically return to the volume adjustment function.
3.3 PTT Key
There are two functions for the PTT key:
(1) During a call, press the PTT key to transmit to other radios in the call.
(2) While a call is not in progress, press the PTT key to make a new call.
Note：
z During a call, press and hold down PTT to speak.
z Release the PTT will let the radio enter receiving status.
z You can’t press the PTT to speak when others are talking.
3.4 Menu Operation
(1) In standby mode, press
key to enter the main menu.
(2) Press
key to navigate one specific menu item.
