You can get device information of your radio via the menu.
1) Press
to the main menu in standby screen.
2) Enter the "
Settings" menu.
3) Select "Radio Info" to view of the Radio ID, serial number, firmware version, hardware version,
CPS version, and so on.
9 Advanced Functions
9.1 Radio Check
This function is used to check whether the radio is active in the system or not, while the checked
radio user cannot detect it. Except the LED flashes, there is no audible or visual notification on the
checked radio. The checked radio silently sends back an acknowledgement to the checking radio.
Sending a Radio Check
1) Press to the main menu in standby screen.
2) Enter the "
Contacts" menu.
3) Select the "Contact Lists", select desired private call contact.
4) Select "Radio Check".
5) The desired ID/alias displays on the LCD, indicating that the radio check command is sending,
and the red LED indicator lights on.
6) Wait for the acknowledgement.
