Receiving a Radio Stun/Revive
After receiving the "Stun/Revive" command correctly, the radio will automatically reply "Successful
ACK". Otherwise it will reply "Failed ACK" information.
The stunned radio stays on the standby screen, only displaying the channel alias, group alias, and
"Status of Stunned" information. The stunned radio can only receive “Radio Revive” command. In
addition, it will neglect all of the keyboard operations except ON/OFF key operation.
If the stunned radio has been revived successfully, it will go back to the normal work status from
stunned status.
Sending a Radio Stun/Revive
1) Press
to the main menu in standby screen.
2) Enter the "
Contacts" menu.
3) Select the "Contact Lists", select the desired private call contact.
4) Select "Radio Stun/Revive".
5) The desired ID/alias displays on the LCD, indicating that the "Radio Stun/Revive" command is
sending out, and the red LED lights on.
6) Wait for the acknowledgement.
7) If the successful ACK is received, the LCD displays "Disable/Enable Request Successful".
Otherwise it will display "Disable/Enable Request Failed".
