See drain plug as indicated
-Inspect after first 50 operating hours, drain and replace the oil in
gearbox (by removing plug), flush, and replace.
-After each successive 2000 operating hours, again, drain and

VISE
The vise is constructed to slide on prismatic ways which are adjustable for wear. By loosening the lock
nuts along the sides and adjusting equally on each of the studs you may take up for wear. Note that you
should position the vise nut adjacent to each of the adjustment points before adjusting. Do not
overtighten, as the vise will then work with great difficult and excessive wear will occur.
Clamping
If cutting structurals be sure to make sure the workpiece is always
firmly clamped and will not move.
HYDRAULIC FEED UNIT
Irregular or erratic feeding of the saw frame could
be caused by a lack of oil in the reservoir or air in
the system.
Oil must then be added to the system. See photo
below for layout.
Please note that the feed cylinder (RH side) must
be fully extended (down) to add oil.
The cylindrical device on the LH side is the
reservoir. The plug to the LH side on top (opposite
air line) is where oil is added.
With the cylinder positioned as shown, fill reservoir
until oil is visible in the site tube on the LH side of
the reservoir.
System is self-bleeding.
