Pressure Regulator/Water Separator/Oiler
Your shop air is regulated to machine with knob on top left side.
Directly beneath the gauge is a water trap, and should be
monitored closely and drained frequently by turning small knob at
bottom.
You should also make sure an adequate supply of oil is in the oiler
reservoir (right side).
The oiler has a small adjustment screw on top of the unit. (see
arrow) Directly beneath this you will see a small brass tube in the
small glass enclosure (also on top)
You must see one drop of oil emitting from the small brass tube with each 4 - 5 full cycles of the machine.
To increase oil flow into system, turn slotted screw counter-clockwise. To decrease, turn clockwise.
Failure to monitor this function can cause the insides of valves & cylinders to run dry or be subject to
moisture contamination.
