DC120 Camera
Problem Cause Solution
Picture is not clear. The lens is dirty. Clean the lens. See the
“Cleaning the Lens”
section in Chapter 2 -
Using Your DC120.
Subject too close
when taking picture
Stand at least 8 in.
away when taking
pictures using Macro
mode.
Subject or the camera
moved while the
picture was taken.
Hold camera steady
until you the picture is
taken.
The subject is too far
away for the flash to
be effective.
Move so the subject is
less than 16.4 feet (5
m) away.
Camera Memory Error
appears on the LCD.
Press the TAB and
INFO buttons at the
same time to reformat
the Camera’s memory.
Any picture files
stored on the camera
are lost.
