u Remove the filter using a filter spanner.
u Remove the o-ring from the filter bracket.
Fig. 85: Installing the filter
u Lubricate the new o-ring with diesel exhaust fluid.
u Install the new o-ring on the filter bracket.
u Fill 3/4 of the new filter with diesel exhaust fluid.
Information
Before installing the new filter, make sure that all sealing surfaces are clean.
u Install the new filter.
