Replace the test switch.
Replace the lead from
terminal TB-DC1-21 on
the power supply board
to the test switch.
Replace the lead from terminal
TB-DC1-22 on the power
supply board to the test switch.
Replace the jumper between
terminals TB-DC1-22 and
TB-DC1-31 on the power
supply board.
Install a jumper between terminals
TB-DC1-22 and TB-DC1-31 on
the power supply board.
Is there continuity between terminal
TB-DC1-21 and terminal 5 of the
test switch?
Is there continuity between terminal
TB-DC1-22 and terminal 6 of the
test switch?
