Error-1
It is a phase error. Occurs when any of the phases does not reach the machine.
Error-3
It is an IGBT thermal fault. It occurs when IGBTs overheat. (It is used in the SAW model.)
Error-4
Transformer thermal fault. Occurs when the transformer overheats.
Error-5
It is an IGBT thermal fault. Occurs when IGBTs overheat.
Error-6
It is a diode thermal fault. Occurs when the output diode overheats.
Error-8
The panel board data receiving error. Occurs when the panel board and the motor board
cannot communicate.
Error-9
Motor board data acquisition error. Occurs when the motor board and the control board
cannot communicate.
Error-10
It is average current error. occurs when the adjusted average
current did not draw
Error-12
It is high current error. Occurs when the machine draws high current.
Error-14
It is a high current protection fault. It usually occurs when there is an IGBT failure.
Error-20
Robot board data receiving error. occurs when the robot board cannot communicate with
the control board
Error-30
It is high current of motor error. occurs when the motor current exceeds the motor current
limit
Error-31
No signal from Motor’s encoder. Please check motor encoder cables.
