Printing the distribution number (“Set Numbering” function)

Detail

The distribution number is normally printed as a four-digit number. If

“Start Number” is set to “1”, “0001” is printed.

To copy using the “Set Numbering” function

1 Position the document to be copied.

– For details on positioning the document, refer to “Feeding the doc-

ument” on page 3-7.

2 Touch [Application], and then touch [Stamp].

– To cancel all settings for the Application functions, touch [Reset].

The Stamp screen appears.

3 Touch [Set Numbering].

The Set Numbering screen appears.
