Certificate of decontamination
A certificate of decontamination is enclosed by the
customer when returning the product to the
manufacturer to certify that the product has been
properly drained to eliminate any environmental
and health hazards arising from components in
contact with the fluid handled.
Close-coupled design
Motor directly fitted to the pump via a flange or a
drive lantern
Oil reservoir
The oil reservoir prevents the mechanical seal from
running dry, for example in the event of a short
period of negative pressure on the suction side.
Pool of pumps
Customers/operators’ pumps which are purchased
and stored regardless of their later use.
Pump
Machine without drive, additional components or
accessories
Pump set
Complete pump set consisting of pump, drive,
additional components and accessories
Suction lift line/suction head line
The pipeline which is connected to the suction
nozzle
