12 Purchase Order Specifications
12.1 Ordering spare parts
Always quote the following data when ordering replacement or spare parts:
▪ Type series
▪ Material variant
▪ Size
▪ Seal code
▪ KSB order number
▪ Order item number
▪ Consecutive number
▪ Year of construction
Refer to the name plate for all data.
Also specify the following data:
▪ Description
▪ Part No.
▪ Quantity of spare parts
▪ Shipping address
▪ Mode of dispatch (freight, mail, express freight, air freight)
Refer to the exploded view or general assembly drawing for part numbers and
descriptions.
