Unintentional start-up
Danger of death from electric shock!
▷ Disconnect the PumpDrive from the power supply before performing any
maintenance or installation work.
▷ Ensure that the PumpDrive cannot be switched on again during maintenance
and installation work.
NOTE
Depending on the combination of settings, PumpDrive could conceivably restart
automatically after acknowledgement/reset or when the cause of the malfunction
or fault has been eliminated.
Reset PumpDrive to factory settings prior to implementing all fault rectification
measures (⇨ Section 7.3.1 Page 93) .
11.1 Faults/Malfunctions: Trouble-shooting
WARNING
Improper work to remedy faults at the pump (set)
Risk of injury!
▷ For any work to remedy faults at the pump (set) observe the relevant
information in this manual or in the relevant accessory manufacturer's
documentation.
If problems occur that are not described in the following table, consultation with
KSB’s customer service is required.
Mains fuse rating too small for the nominal mains current.
PumpDrive does not start
PumpDrive runs unevenly
Max. speed not reached.
PumpDrive running at maximum speed only
PumpDrive running at minimum speed only
No 24 V supply.
Wrong direction of rotation of the motor.
Fault message/protective tripping.
