(4) Detaching and refitting the heat roller separation claws
Follow the procedure below to replace the heat roller separation claws.
Procedure
1. Remove the fuser unit and separate the
fuser right unit and left unit (see page 1-5-
28, 30).
2. Detach the fitting portions and then
remove the heat roller guide from the
fuser left unit.

3. Remove the heat roller separation claws
from the fuser left unit.
4. Replace the heat roller separation claws and
refit all the removed parts.
