Check this check box to disable other users to share or display your printer. If you allow other users to use your printer, select Shared as:.

Enables other users to share your printer. In this case, the share name and password must be specified.
[Share Name:] ............................ Specify the name of the printer to be shared. You can use the currently displayed name or a new
name. When other users connected via network view the printer information, the name specified here
will appear on their computers.
[Comment:] ................................ Enter a comment on the printer to be shared. When other users connected via network view the
printer information and display the printer property or select Details from View menu, the comment
entered here will appear on their computers. Entry of a comment makes it easy for other users to
identify the shared printer. Entering the type or location of the printer is recommended.
[Password:] ................................ Specify the password to be used by other users when they connect their computers to your printer. If
you want to allow other users to use your printer without a password, do not enter any password.
Keep this field empty.
