8.10.5 Calibration Specific Interface Commands
CALG Gain Calibration Constant Command
Input: CALG <input>, <type>, <value>[term]
Format: a,nn,±nnnnnnn
<input> Specifies which input or analog output the gain calibration constant will be
provided to. Valid entries are A or B for inputs and V for the analog output.
<type> Specifies the input sensor type. Valid entries are:
0 = Silicon Diode 11 = Platinum 500Ω – Reversal On
1 = GaAlAs Diode or Analog Output
12 = Platinum 1000Ω – Reversal On
2 = Platinum 250
Ω – Reversal Off 13 = NTC RTD 7.5 kΩ – Reversal On
3 = Platinum 500
Ω – Reversal Off 14 = NTC RTD 75 Ω – Reversal Off
4 = Platinum 1000
Ω – Reversal Off 15 = NTC RTD 750 Ω – Reversal Off
5 = NTC RTD 7.5 k
Ω – Reversal Off 16 = NTC RTD 75 kΩ – Reversal Off
6 = Thermocouple 25mV 17 = NTC RTD 75
Ω – Reversal On
7 = Thermocouple 50mV 18 = NTC RTD 750
Ω – Reversal On
10 = Platinum 250
Ω – Reversal On 19 = NTC RTD 75 kΩ – Reversal On
<value> Gain calibration constant value.
Remarks: Provides the gain calibration constant for the selected input or analog output.

– 7 or 10 – 19
Returned: <value>[term]
Format: ±nnnnnnn (Refer to command for description)
CALREAD? Six Digit Input Reading Query
Input: CALREAD? <input>[term]
Format: a
<input> A or B
Returned: <value>[term]
Format: ±n.nnnnn
Remarks: Returns 6-digit value of selected input reading. Used for CALZ and CALG functions.
CALRSTG Reset Gain Calibration Constant Command
Input: CALRSTG <input>, <type>[term]
Format: a,nn
<input> Specifies which input for which to reset the gain calibration constant to the
default value. Valid entries are A or B for inputs and V for the analog output.
<type> Specifies the input sensor type. Valid entries are:
0 = Silicon Diode 11 = Platinum 500Ω – Reversal On
1 = GaAlAs Diode or Analog Output
12 = Platinum 1000Ω – Reversal On
2 = Platinum 250
Ω – Reversal Off 13 = NTC RTD 7.5 kΩ – Reversal On
